Welcome to TADB’s 2024 Integrated Annual Report, a powerful narrative of our unwavering commitment to transforming Tanzania’s agriculture. This report detailed on how we deepened our support for farmers, expanded our outreach into new regions, and strengthened strategic partnerships with development partners to boost climate smart, inclusive agribusiness financing. Capital injections and robust governance practices which have enhanced our capacity and resilience, enabling us to scale up lending across agricultural value chains, improve risk management, and drive financial inclusion particularly for smallholders farmers, women, and youth. This report chronicles our journey of fostering sustainable rural development, advancing food security, and empowering communities through innovative agricultural solutions.
