In collaboration with LonAgro, the Tanzania Agricultural Development Bank (TADB) has supported 19 farmers with a loan exceeding 1 billion Tanzanian shillings. These farmers aim to transform traditional agriculture into agribusiness and generate sustainable daily income. The initiative is expected to create at least 171 job opportunities 102 for women and 69 for men. Moreover, the loan has empowered women beneficiaries to start their own businesses, enabling them to support their families, educate their children, and contribute to their communities.
